No. The conversion actions of Shoplytics are "secondary" actions and do not affect the counting of sales. You decide whether and when to switch the Shoplytics conversions to "Primary".
If I activate Shoplytics®, will the Google algorithm get confused when other data suddenly comes in?
No. Shoplytics is configured from the beginning so that the newly created conversion actions are initially "secondary" and therefore do not affect your active advertising campaign.
